美國、库尔德族、與伊拉克的三方關係

库尔德人问题是中东一个由来已久的地区性问题，土耳其、伊朗、伊拉克等库尔德人主要聚居国深受库尔德人问题困绕。库尔德人是生活在西南亚库尔德斯坦地区最古老的民族之一，是中东地区仅次于阿拉伯、突厥和波斯的第四大民族。库尔德斯坦地区包括土尔其南部，伊拉克北部，叙利亚东北部，伊朗西部和俄罗斯的亚美尼亚。库尔德语系属印欧语系伊朗语族。绝大多数库尔德人是伊斯兰教逊尼派教徒。目前为止，全世界约有2500万库尔德人他们大体分布是：土耳其1200万，伊朗550万，伊拉克500万，叙利亚50万，其余则分布在俄罗斯，黎巴嫩，约旦，阿富汗。库尔德人居住的国家在不同程度上都存在着主体民族与库尔德人之间的矛盾。
　　长期以来，库尔德人一直谋求建立一个独立的国家，给土耳其、伊朗、伊拉克等库尔德人主要聚居国的稳定带来了巨大威胁，土耳其和伊拉克都曾出动重兵对库尔德人进行镇压。但库尔德人问题仍越来越复杂和难以控制，一个重要原因就是在这些国家大力打击分裂势力的同时，美国等西方国家对库尔德人大力扶持。海湾战争结束后，在美国的怂恿下，库尔德人开展了大规模反政府武装活动，一度夺取了重要的石油产地基尔库克等城镇。在遭到伊政府镇压后，1991年5月，美、英等国在伊领土北纬36度以北划出了一个面积为4.4万平方公里左右的安全区，禁止伊飞机或军队进入，以保护库尔德人。在颠覆伊拉克前政权后，伊拉克境内美英占领当局一方面不断从军事和政治上打压伊拉克的主要政治派别的力量，但另一方面却对库尔德人“特别照顾”，让库尔德人在军事和政治方面拥有诸多特权。在军事方面，美军在解除其他民族的武装的同时，却允许伊拉克北部的库尔德人拥有包括重型武器在内的所有武器。在政治方面，美英占领当局在伊拉克临时管理委员会给库尔德人安排了5个席位，美军指挥官甚至还直接任命库尔德人担任基尔库克的市议会议员。
　美国之所以要不遗余力地扶持库尔德人，因为库尔德人问题是美国借以干涉有关国家内政的重要工具。比如，库尔德人在美国颠覆伊拉克前政权过程中充当的就是 “吴三桂”的角色。美国在发动伊拉克战争前，就与伊拉克库尔德人勾结，企图从内部攻破萨达姆政权这个“堡垒”。战争爆发前，美国同伊境内的库尔德武装领导人进行了磋商和协调，库尔德人同意将自己的武装人员置于美英联军的统一指挥之下。战争开始后，美军在伊东北库尔德爱国联盟控制地区实施空降，构筑了攻击基地。而且，库尔德人还充当了开路先锋，他们利用美英联军的强大火力掩护与伊政府军展开激战，并迅速占领了伊军撤退后的阵地。美国之所以允许库尔德人事实上的独立，就是要利用由来已久的库尔德问题，诱导中东政治进一步深刻变化，最终实现其控制中东的意图。在联邦制下，相对独立的库尔德斯坦是美国进一步扩大在中东的地盘的军事和政治基地。
　　美国不支持库尔德人从形式上明确建立一个独立的国家，并不代表美国人不支持库尔德人建国，这只是应对当前形势被迫采取的临时性政策。首先，至少在当前，伊拉克境内的库尔德人的独立建国，将会带来旷日持久的民族冲突。伊拉克北部库尔德人关于联邦制及统治基尔库克的要求遭到居住在当地的一些阿拉伯人和土库曼人的反对，并诱发了民族冲突。去年12月31日，至少2000名伊阿拉伯人和土库曼人当天聚集在基尔库克政府办事处门前举行示威游行，反对在伊实行联邦制，反对库尔德人将基尔库克市并入所谓的“库尔德斯坦联邦”。示威游行遭到当地库尔德族民兵镇压，两名示威者被打死，14人受伤。次日即2004年新年的第一天，2名库尔德人在基尔库克遇刺身亡，使矛盾进一步激化。民族冲突会使本就乱作一团的伊拉克局势更加难以收拾。从而会危及到美国实现对伊拉克的稳定占领，进而影响在中东的整个战略意图。出于尽快恢复伊拉克秩序，以争取重建主动的需要，美国需要暂时压制库尔德人的独立企图。其次，过于直接的刺激，将使深受库尔德人问题困绕的国家团结起来，从而打乱美国的战略部署。在伊拉克的库尔德人暴露出独立企图之后，叙利亚、土耳其一致要求伊拉克保持统一。中国日报网站消息：叙利亚和土耳其两国总统1月6日联合表示，伊拉克应该保持统一，坚决反对伊拉克北部库尔德人试图独立的一切企图。正在土耳其进行访问的叙利亚总统巴沙尔·阿萨德在会见土耳其总统塞泽尔时表示：“我们谴责任何危害伊拉克领土完整的行为。”

　　形势对有关国家而言是非常严峻的。塞泽尔说：“叙利亚和土耳其在保护伊拉克领土完整和国家统一方面有共同观点。我们重申，作为该地区的两个国家和伊拉克的邻国，土耳其和叙利亚将致力于有效地监督这种目标的实现。”我不太清楚土耳其和叙利亚以什么样的方式来“有效地监督”美国，以使库尔德人不独立。当前，有关国家除了吸取在伊拉克问题上的教训，加大合作和协调，一致给美国和伊拉克当局施加压力以外，还应该认真解决库尔德人的正当期求，寻求民族团结与和睦，以从根本上杜绝美国利用库尔德人问题干涉自己的内政。

定義Web 2.0是困難的，所以就產生了很多混亂。有人從“Web”的角度質疑，有人從“2.0”的角度爭論。最終這個問題變得像“什麼是blog”一樣，雞一嘴鴨一嘴，公說公有理，婆說婆有理，越爭越亂。所以Chris Anderson說，blog圈子的第一原則就是不要去概括blog圈子。他認為，Web 2.0缺乏清晰的定義正好是它的一個特性，而不是一個bug。

Tim O'Reilly仍然試圖解釋，什麼是Web 2.0（What is Web 2.0）。不過他換了一種方式，用例子來解釋，而不是用定義，並通過具體的例子，引申出某些Web 2.0原則。關鍵問題在於，Web 2.0不是一種技術升級，而是一種觀念升級。下面是Tim繪製的一張圖，就像太陽系一樣，Web 2.0有著核心的原則，也有一些離核心或遠或近的具體實踐。

在Tim看來，Web 2.0最核心的觀念就是，“Web作為平台”。我想，其意義大概就像1980年代作業系統作為平台一樣。與作業系統平台不同的是，任何人不擁有這個平台，Web平台是通過分享或參與體系搭建起來的，是對“集體智慧”的充分理解和利用，而不再是大企業的資源壟斷。

Tim分別對Web 1.0和Web 2.0時代的代表性企業進行了對比，如Netscape和Google、DoubleClick和Overture與AdSense、Akamai和BitTorrent等。他總結的Web 2.0的七大特性包括：Web作為平台、借力集體智慧、資料成為下一個Intel Inside、軟體發行周期的終結、羽量級編程模式、超越單一設備層次的軟體、富用戶體驗。他進而提出了八項Web 2.0設計範式:長尾、資料成為下一個Intel Inside、用戶增添價值、網路作用作為預設值、保留部分權利、永遠的beta、合作而不是控制、軟體超越單一設備層次。

如果說互聯網是通過大幅度降低資訊獲取的門檻，發掘出傳統經濟中被忽視的價值的話，那麼Web 2.0則是借助用戶參與體系，將上一代網路公司忽視的長尾的價值發掘出來。Tim說，借助消費者自服務和基於演算法的資料管理，服務延伸至整個web——抵達邊緣而不僅僅是中心，抵達長尾而不僅僅是頭部。

Tangos也列出了他所理解的Web 2.0的四個核心特性:可重用的微內容、以用戶（人）為中心，而不是以物為中心、社會性、用戶參與的架構。實際上後三個特性應該算是一個特性，即開放的參與架構。歸根結底，這是一種觀念。觀念的改變，有時候要遠遠難於技術的升級。

Undersound認為：“其實Web2.0在某種程度上不依賴於技術，而是一種態度:用戶體驗，資源分享，集體思維，平台開放。這些不是你做不到，而是你沒有想到而已。”其實不完全如此，因為Web 2.0對用戶、對整個互聯網產業是好消息，但對某些互聯網公司，卻是壞消息。比如不列顛百科全書在線就一定不喜歡Wikipedia，收費的在線廣告也一定不喜歡免費的Craigslist。O'Reilly Media的編輯Nathan Torkington就說過，Web 2.0在某種程度上很像日本的合氣道，即用對手的力量戰勝他們。因此，對有些人來說，Web 2.0確實是個壞消息。

Web 2.0的原則之一就是，與其相信自己的所謂優勢，不如相信你的用戶。本質上，這也是自由軟體運動的原則之一。我常常覺得，Web 2.0的實踐者們一定是從自由軟體運動中得到了某種啟示和靈感。相信集體智慧，相信開放的開發模式，相信參與者越多品質越好等等，這些Web 2.0的原則，恰好也都是自由軟體所崇尚的。因此我想，Web 2.0如果也算是一股潮流的話，那麼它應該是自由Web潮流，或者叫Web的開放原始碼。微軟無法接受自由軟體，是因為Windows、Office至今仍是它的核心競爭力和命脈所在。

因此可以說，Web 2.0是互聯網原有商業規則的破壞者。貼著Web 2.0的標籤，做著Web 1.0的事，這是投機。商業可以投機，但觀念無法投機。看看他是想壟斷還是想開放，想控制還是想合作，一切就一清二白了。

Web 2.0是新服務？還是只是新名詞？

這一切的一切，和Web 2.0有偌大的關係。然而什麼是Web 2.0呢？而Web 1.0又代表什麼呢？

根據維基百科的說明，Web 2.0是一個新名詞，係由O'Reilly Media的Dale Dougherty 和 MediaLive 的 Craig Cline 在共同合作的創意發想（Brain storming）會議上所提出來的。Dougherty提出了Web目前正處於復興時期，有著不斷改變的規則和不斷演化的商業模式。

最早的Web（亦即Web 1.0），不但是靜態HTML頁面，網站更新的頻率也很低。到了.com大爆發的時候，由於廣大網友的需求，使得網路也開始進入一個更加動態的Web（可想作Web 1.5）的年代。而後，這幾年再從Web 1.5「進階」到版本2.0。

Web 2.0並不容易定義和捉摸，有人將它視為是促成各種資訊技術和產品服務整合的嶄新網路服務（Web service）──一種新的網路精神與從業態度；但也有不少人對Web 2.0嗤之以鼻，認為這不過是若干網路和科技公司所搞出來的名堂，動機不過是為了行銷而已。

也有人說Web2.0，是相对Web1.0（2003年以前的互联网模式）的新的一类互联网应用的统称，是一次从核心内容到外部应用的革命。由Web1.0单纯通过网络浏览器浏览html网页模式向内容更丰富、联系性更强、工具性更强的Web2.0互联网模式的发展已经成为互联网新的发展趋势。
Web1.0到Web2.0的转变，具体的说，从模式上是单纯的“读”向“写”、“共同建设”发展；由被动地接收互联网信息向主动创造互联网信息迈进！从基本构成单元上，是由“网页”向“发表/记录的信息”发展；从工具上，是由互联网浏览器向各类浏览器、rss阅读器等内容发展；运行机制上，由“Client Server”向“Web Services”转变；作者由程序员等专业人士向全部普通用户发展；应用上由初级的“滑稽”的应用向全面大量应用发展。
总之，Web2.0是以 Flickr、Craigslist、Linkedin、Tribes、Ryze、 Friendster、Del.icio.us、43Things.com等网站为代表，以Blog、TAG、SNS、RSS、wiki等应用为核心，依据六度分隔、xml、ajax等新理论和技术实现的互联网新一代模式。

多媒体超级走廊

多媒体超级走廊（Multimedia Super Corridor，簡稱MSC）是馬來西亞首相馬哈迪醫生於1996年8月1日，為馬來西亞的新行政中心布特拉再也（Putrajaya）主持開幕禮發表演說時，所正式宣布的一項划時代的資訊科技建設計划。多媒体超级走廊是马来西亚信息通讯产业的核心,將是一座多媒體催化中心，世界級的多媒體機構將受邀在此催化中心設置他們的營業單位及研究與開發設備，作為向本區域與世界市場提供多媒體產品及服務的据點。

我國政府計劃在2020年前將其建成,並從中開發多媒體產品來將它廣泛用于各領域。位於經濟高速發展的亞太區域中心，馬來西亞的多媒體超級走廊是一項空前的龐大計划。多媒體超級走廊的基礎建設方面，其主幹為一條2.5-10Gbps的數碼光纖電纜以及622Mbps的次層光纖電纜，他的基礎設施包括作通訊用途的吉隆坡搭（Kuala Lumpur Tower）、國油雙峰塔、一座新的吉隆坡國際機場、一座以教育及研究與開發主的電子資訊城（Cyberjaya）、一座作為電子政府用途的新行政中心 ──布特拉再也城市、一座多媒體大學、兩顆人造衛星及從吉隆坡通往吉隆坡國際機場的高速大道及高速鐵道。
　　
目前，多媒體走廊的六大業務主要包括：創意多媒體、外包、軟體開發、硬體設計、電子商務和安全系統。截至2006年10 月16日，共有1621 家公司落戶該"走廊"，其中國外公司佔27%，主要來自歐洲、美國、新加坡及印度，有包括77 家包括我國中興、華為在內的世界級跨國公司，77% 的公司運作狀況良好。中國、新加坡、泰國、印度尼西亞及其他一些亞洲國家是多媒體超級走廊地位公司的產品及服務的主要出口目的地。中東國家也開始成為這些公司的又一個出口市場。目前看來，我國的多媒体超级走廊已有初步的形成。但，這並不意味己成功！

毕竟，多媒體走廊計劃已走過了十個年頭，十年过去，但这概念目前还是停留在“伟大愿景”的水平。2007年，是多媒体超级走廊的十周年，若布城与赛城的发展注定是失败，多媒体超级走廊的中心转至槟城，标志的是布城与赛城的十年心血归零，槟城一站，等于多媒体超级走廊的推动的重头来过。全球教育管理集团（Global Edu Tech Management）董事长赖炳荣在一次访问中直言，布城的多媒体超级走廊已是一项失败，今天的多媒体超级走廊在槟城。

布城也已開始轉型為一个住宅产业发展计划也間接地明喻多媒體走廊的失敗！先天不足再上后天失调，发展多媒体走廊障碍多，所以马来西亚政府花了十年在多媒体超级走廊的计划上，却犹如黄梁梦醒，原来一事无成。不過，政府轉移目標並相信希望在槟城。政府的再一个十年黄梁梦，是否會成功？？我只能說，未來夢沒人瞭.....。光說無用，重要的是事先規劃，別再勞民傷財卻再換來個十年空就好。所以實實在在地以行動証明給大馬人民看吧！

火星文[Marsese]

火星文小史
　　火星文[Marsese]，字面可解作火星人用的文字。它们通常是由韩文、日文、简体中文、繁体中文、生僻字、符号等组合起来，同时夹杂外来用语、方言以及注音不选字的综合体，沒有像汉字那麼規範，所以不明白用法的人阅读后完全无法了解内容，就好像在看火星人说话一样。
　　据考証，火星文起源于台灣。一些上网族最初为了打字方便，用注音文替代一些常用文字在网上交流，达到快速打字兼可理解内容的效果。很快，一些台湾网友觉得这种文字另类醒目，便把这种输入方式发扬光大。尤其是在新生“90后”网友更是延续这种独特的文字，并自创了适合简体中文发挥的输入方式，比如“劳工”、“男盆友”、“粉可爱”、“你素谁”。在受众中，新生一代的“90后”群体成了火星文的追捧者和传播者。“90后”希望用“火星文”对“成人权威”挑战，他们希望有自己的空间，不希望被打扰。

　　用火星文初衷：为酷为隐私
　　“我们最讨厌大人管东管西，连我们讲话也要管。”根据小俞的说法，在上课的时候，老师不允许学生交流。“上课不能说话，我们只好传小纸条。但是传小纸条更危险，要是被老师抓到，那可就糗大了。”在这样的情况下，学生之间的交流就好像搞“地下工作”，于是火星文被视作加密的文字在同学间迅速流传开来。

　　火星文的種類
　　火星文種類繁多，而且沒有統一標準。同一句由不同人解讀可能有完全不同的結果。以下列出幾種常見的火星文形式。

　　其實，我覺得用火星文來表達汉字，那種感覺始終不如一字兩字符的正統汉字來得貼切。但是如果單憑那幾句前言來斷定我是不能接受火星文，那你就大錯特錯！！！實际上，我倒是满佩服研發火星文的創始者，火星文可以說是充份地反映了90新生代的想像力，創意又新穎．．．那算是新生代的娱樂，是年青人在網路世界里体現個自現時尚的一種娱樂方式也是我們在網路上的溝通方式，既省時又創新！當然捍卫文字也是不可或缺的，在網路世界里，有玩樂也必亦有談正經事的時候，例如寫公函。那時，正統的汉字还是得派上用場。毕竟，捍卫汉字始終还是華裔子弟的使命，我們必須將汉字代代延續。這，也就是火星文所不能取代的地方！！

緬甸暴動

由上個月開始從新聞中，我們都會發現原來緬甸在最近成為國际社會關注的對象之一。媒體更頻頻報導緬甸爆發僧侶領導的大規模示威，軍事執政團还下令軍警開火鎮壓，血濺街頭。其實僧侶們的示威主要是抗議石油漲價，因為物价的狂飆將會導致民不聊生，人民的日后生活難以撑下去。不料，后來竟然演變成為“人民和政府的一場抗爭”！
　　這是緬甸最近發生19年來最大規模的民眾對軍政府的示威遊行。這一次人數多達10萬示威者中，最引人注目的就是許多僧侶也參與了這次的示威行動。事情的起因是在2007年的9月5日，有一些僧侶和軍方發生了衝突，軍方暴打了僧侶，那麼這個時候僧侶就發起了抵制，不要軍方和家屬捐贈的財務。緊接著，在9月18日的這一天物价上漲，一漲就是500%，激起了民眾的不滿，僧侶為這個事件加上要軍方道歉的事件未果，那麼僧侶就帶頭走出寺廟來進行抗爭。
　　這件事引來了許多民眾的支持，紛紛加入便形成了今天的大型示威。軍政府便採用歷史上以來的武力鎮壓的措施，用衝鋒槍和催淚瓦斯來對付民眾。所以到目前為止已經有9人在衝突中死亡，有數十人受傷，國際社會認為實際的傷亡人數可能還更多。目前這件大型示威还在持續當中。
　　我認為，虽然緬甸是個君主體制而且不允許外界包括聯合國及其他國家的干涉，但是21世紀的今天已不同往日，今天的一場大型示威已反映出人民的想法已經透過媒體傳播與科技先進的更新，今天他們要帶出來的訊息就是他們要的是民主！一個民主的國家！這一次起到民主先鋒的作用，主要是有2萬多名僧侶這次出來領導這次民主運動，其他民眾自發的響應支持僧侶的正義行動。
　　軍方應該尊重人权，不應該動不動就開槍或拿槍來對付人民，簡直是草菅人命。槍桿子明顯地使軍方占了上風。但是慶幸的是今天的媒體國际化的，透過國际化的好處，用網路，手機，電視來相互報導整件示威加上外界的紛紛支持，估計軍方多少都會有些許顧忌，不能再像1988年的緬甸示威行動中那麼地隻手遮天顯現自己的霸权。

　　e世代的今天，網际網路越來越被廣泛使用，人們都紛紛朝向網路媒體發展。與平面媒體相比，網路媒體顯得更加自由，大家可以在網路世界體現言論自由甚至可以在網路里宣泄對日常生活里的種種不满。网志（blog）是网路日志（weblog）的简写，也有人从英文音译为部落格、部落阁，而在中文則被译名【部落格】。

　　部落格成為了人們留言的空間：政治課題、心情日記、隨笔淡寫等作用‧媒體的力量是擴展的，所以透過網路與部落格可以即時發揮傳播效用，將言論迅速讓全世界都知道。除此之外，在部落格留下言論也不用担心遭到政府的管制，毕竟那一塊領域是自由的空間，不被政府所管轄。

　　但是，隨著部落客黄泉安与阿西鲁丁在部落格上批评《新海峡时报》，成為被起诉的受害者之后．．．馬來西亞分分鍾可能成為世界上首一反部落格的國家。我覺得，部落格不應該被反，因為在平面媒體里，我們已經失去了言論自由，如果網路又被限制言論自由，那在一個國家里就永遠也不可能會有真實的聲音。這會變成官方活在自我陶醉、人民被欺瞞的世界底下，那這國家就與政治學里提到的“一党獨大”沒什麼差別。

　　最近的網路更因為黃明志事件被炒得沸騰十分。马来西亚网络创作歌手黄明志最近以马来西亚国歌为主旋律，并用饶舌（rap）的方式演唱《我爱我的国家》引起污辱国歌争议。這首MTV其實表達了馬來西亞的現實世界，那是馬來西亞華人心中的話。据說黃明志的這首MTV觸碰了官方的敏感地帶所以引起了國安部及我國友族的不满，他們希望黃明志為這件事件慎重道歉以及負上法律責任。

　　在我看來，其實這首歌的確有鞭策官方的作用，但是站在個人的立場上，我覺得這首歌在處理宗教的問題上是我不認同的。黃明志說他是透過其他方法去呈現國歌，以R&B的方式去讓年輕人愛上國歌。

　　針對文化、艺术及文物部副部长黄锦鸿表示，刻意唱歪或扭曲国歌者，是一项严重抵触国歌法令的做法，违法者必会面对法律制裁。他说国歌是代表着国家，任何人都不准蓄意扭曲国歌，甚至荒腔走调演唱，这是不尊敬国家之举。根据有关法令，违法者可面对100令吉罚款或坐牢两个星期，或两者兼施。我不是很認同。

（一）國歌本身改編自夏威夷的Mamula Moon，馬來西亞在50年來從來沒有付版权費給該主唱。那如果算計起來，也應該先追究官方。
（二）Youtube網站上面也有很多友族醉酒唱國歌，边吸毒边唱國歌，扭曲國歌．．．難道他們沒錯嗎？他們也是在唱歪和扭曲國歌啊！！！

　　一首歌刚在youtube网站上载3天，点击次数高达2万5000次，显示此事件已获得各界关注。我覺得這是官方應該去重新探討自己本身的問題，而不是去追究誰是說真話者然后去對付他。

　　為了阻止網絡部落格，我國政府曾經想過很對方法去管制，但是目前还是被局限了。但是難保將來我國會成為世界上首一反部落格的國家。所以人民必須极力去团結去爭取網路世界的言論自由，因為那是我們大家現在仅存的自由言論空間了。然而真實的言論空間才能充分體現人民對國家“爱之深，责之切”的想法。

Everyday We can see Straight news,features and opinion from newspaper.But Some of people cannot distinguish different between straight news,features and opinion.Three of it are the different type of new articles and let me tell you the different between them!!

It's a right name why we call straigt news because it really just "straight and fast"when want to report something.Usually,straight news is just included 5W and 1H.What mean 5W and 1H??Well,5W mean what,who,where,when and why.1H mean how,it use to mention how a thing will happen.We usually can read straight news in first page of Newpaper.It just told all detail of news through 5W and 1H.Reader can get the detail of surface only,it not go deep into whole detail about news.

Features is focus on the introduction just like introduction about New Era College.We can find more detail in features.In features,we can find 3 paragraph of indroduce and 1 nut graph.Then ,we can find main body and Conclusion.So,featres can tell one story with clearly but if need more time fo finish a features because we need to interview with one guest and ask and knew more detail to write a consummate feature.

Opinion is a proposal.We can give any opinion but it should have evidence to support opinion and everyone can give opinion.Opinion can be write in short article and also can write in long article.

Yup!Again our teacher invited a guest teach us at lecture class during last Friday.This guest is different with the other guests because he is a Malaysia film maker.We call him Zan.He looks young,smart and active.He told us everyone can be a film maker and it's easy to prove it!!

Isn't easy to prove this dream?Yes,Because you just need to prepare a Digital Camera only!Digital Camera is cheap and you can buy or found it at everywhere.Beside this,it is easy for carry.Zan told us digital camera is small,It is suitable for film maker because themalways use digital camera to have a interview with other guest,they no be shy again and can face camera bravely and naturally.So,with a Digital Camera,you can become a film maker.

Actually he did no show us how to process a film,he just show some movie which produce by him or his partners.That day,he shown three movie to us."Flower"is the movie i like it the most,it is interesting.The actress is an old lady and she memory back a story that had happened while she stil young.She had a communist boy friend while she was young.It is a sweet memory in her's heart.But i am quite admire the old ladies.She brave to act everything in this movie,she must kissing with that young boy,take off her clother and more......This is the first short movie of Zan in Chinese Language.

I dislike another two movies because it quite boring for me.Then it's time for us to ask Zan questions about movie.We ask Zan how does they find the actress such as that old lady.Zan told us,they will search by advertising and have a interview for them.But the most function is find though friends,and that old lady is their's friend grandma.The reason grandma accept for this film is she wanna try everything in her life while she is alive.

I find that the lecturer here is just like my friends.We are no misunderstanding.So,New Era college is just like my second home and it is my another home here.

Beside that,the location of New Era College is convinience for students.We can find many facilities here.It near with KLIA(Kuala Lumpur Internation Airport).Beside that,It also near with police station,Post office,Coffee shop,Shopping Cetre,book shop,railway station and others.Students can have a shopping to shopping complex while holiday.They can also buy daily use in shopping centre.Beside that,New Era College also had a new campus and it is located at a central of community which offered with sufficient amenities, the KLIA is just 20cm away from the campus. This 100-acre “city of university” is also part of development plan of Vintage Heights Company.New Era College hopes that the new campus can be officially used from year 2005, then spend 10 to 15 years, it can become a private university and build a great environment for all students.

In my opinion,magazine publishing is same with newspaper publishing.But,it has different between them.Last week,my teacher had invited a guest from Magazine Mobile World,to explain more about magazine publishing.He is Mr.Bernard.He work as Marketing department but he will help to do other jobs if worker less.

In magazine ,it devide to three department:

a.Editorial
b.Production
c.Marketing

Editorial is a important and main character in magazine publishing.Editorial must control all the situation.They must give jobs to other worker and guard them.They must approve the essay and design for the essay.Beside that ,editorial also must write essay for magazine publishing.

Production must have concept before they planning something.For example:Before a magazine publishing publish a magazine,they must have concept to publish which type of magazine.In the production,it also devide into three part.

a.Planning
b.Assignment
c.Marketing

The different between magazine and newspaper is newspaper publish in daily...but magazine just publish in monthly.So,editorial must prepare suitable topic for each month.Then,writer will find and write all the information in magazine.After,they complete all their jobs...the magazine will be design by designer.Designer will give comment and suggestion for magazine.Beside that,designer also give idea for the magazine.

After design,the magazine will send to editorial again for perview.Editorial will check the magazine,if it is not suitable,the magazine will be design and change until complete.Then,designer will send the file into CD and send printing for perview.But,They only print into small amount such as one or two for perview.They send it to editorial ,if editorial think that it's ok...this magazine will be print as much as amount that market needed.

Beside that,marketing will go to find the market for magazine before this magazine publish.They will ask company join in advertisement.But,if for new magazine publishing,it is quite difficult for find new advertisement and supporter for them.The reason is most of the supporter think that new magazine is no experience in publish and maybe bankrupt at anytime.

After they publish their magazine,they must send 3 of magazine to the government.Every month,government will check the magazine....if contents fight with the government,the license of magazine publishing will be cancel by government.But in europe countries,magazine publishing is freedom.So,we can find many type of magazine in europe countries.They do not control by government.

Magazine publishing usually can establish by small group.The small group can be in 5 people only for example:Magazine publishing for Magazine Mobile World, they must help each other while worker less such as Mr.Bernard but he is quite happy with this job because he can learn many things form different part.Usually,Magazine publishing is no easy in Malaysia.Many magazine publishing bankrupt after publishing for 1 years.Usually if a magazine publishing can be hold their bussiness nearly 3 year,their situation is stable.Magazine publishing also must renew their license every year.

It a hot topic in news,but our government think that this problem is no serious,still can be control of it.I think government do not watch seriously about this hot topic. Last time,i hate to them.I think them destroy other people family,they are bad cause they willing spend their youth,time to this dirty job and just for earn more money.They dun care about what feeling of their parent??I think if i do like this,my parent should be very disappoint to me and feel very sad. They are just 18,19 years old and so young......why??Why they dun want to choose other job??It is many job their can prefer for it....Why they choose such job??It 's a big question for me!! Since now,MCA had save nearly 130 of china doll,but MCA believe still many of China doll haven't save from sex service.They promise they will try hard to save more of the China doll. I think their parent will worry about them....and dun know they do such job in Malaysia.And China doll choose try do keep secret to their parent.If they let parent know this new,they parent will not accept for it......it's no a good job for them. WE CAN ALWAYS tell what our gym mates hope to achieve by the exercises they perform, particularly those who do not have a systematic approach to strength training.
They either have no emphasis or are over-emphasising on one particular part of the body and this is one of the most common causes of what you could call an exercise in futility.
It is fine if you start your workout by hopping on the stationary bicycles, the treadmill or the stair-master because you need to warm up first before you handle the weights. -more

I agree of this....gym is invariably .Sometime,gym members who move from one machine to another randomly are also going about it the wrong way. In my suggestion,we no need go to gym room,we can just do our exercise at home or go for a jogging .It the best exercise for different rank people.

I hate haze!!It's a big problem in Malaysia....i don't like this feeling...bad air in whole day and i force to use gauze mask!!

The haze in certain parts of the peninsula was at its worst yesterday. And the bad news is that the situation will not improve in the coming days.
According to the Meteorological Department, the dry weather will continue until October.
Current wind directions are not expected to change until the inter-monsoon season in two months' time.
The only hope of seeing some haze-free days will be when the fires in Sumatra are put out, according to the department's deputy director-general (forecast) Dr Yap Kok Seng.
He said some rain could be expected towards the end of this week although the next few days would be dry.
Visibility in most parts of the Klang Valley dipped to as low as one kilometre.
The Department of Environment (DOE) has extended the ban on open burning to cover the whole of Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya with immediate effect.
DOE director-general Datuk Rosnani Ibarahim said the ban,however, does not cover cremations, burning of religious offerings and grills or barbeques.
Indonesia’s Environment Minister Rachmat Wioelar has appealed for help to put out the fires in his country.
“My ministry welcomes any help from any Asean member country to put out the fires.

I really suprise.....when i heard haze will continuous until october....but happy while heard news report about rain expected only in the weekend !!

Dana Reeve, the widow of Christopher Reeve who nursed the paralyzed "Superman" for nine years, stunned Americans on Tuesday by announcing she had been diagnosed with lung cancer.
Reeve, 44, who earned respect and affection for devoting herself to her husband after a riding accident left him paralyzed from the neck down, said she was undergoing treatment and was optimistic about her prognosis.
But the news that the deadly disease had afflicted a relatively young woman who is also a nonsmoker came as a shock after the death on Sunday of veteran TV news anchor Peter Jennings, who had been a heavy smoker.
"Now, more than ever, I feel Chris with me as I face this challenge," Reeve said in a statement. "As always, I look to him as the ultimate example of defying the odds with strength, courage and hope in the face of life's adversities."
"My family and I deeply appreciate the care and concern of our friends and supporters and trust that everyone understands our need and desire for privacy during this time. I hope before too long to be sharing news of my good health and recovery."
Reeve, a singer and actress who has a 13-year-old son with Christopher Reeve, put her Broadway and TV career on hold to nurse her husband after his 1995 accident until his death in October 2004.
Nonsmoking victims more common
She also worked with Reeve to rally support for research on the treatment of spinal cord injuries and is currently chairwoman of the Christopher Reeve Foundation. A Foundation spokeswoman said Dana Reeve was not a smoker.
Campaigners for lung cancer research said they hoped Reeve's announcement would raise awareness and funding into anecdotal reports from doctors that it is affecting increasing numbers of nonsmoking, younger women.
Ten to 15 percent of lung cancer victims are nonsmokers and women in that group are twice as likely to get the disease than men who don't smoke. Radon gas, passive smoking, genetics and pollution are some of the causes among nonsmokers.
"I know of a woman who got it at 32, one at 33, at 38 years old. They are all never-smokers, runners, healthy as horse kind of people. There are a lot of factors that we simply don't know yet," said Regina Vidaver, executive director of the nonprofit group Women Against Lung Cancer.
Vidaver said lung cancer receives 10 times less funding per death than breast cancer in the United States yet it kills almost twice as many women as breast cancer.
"Thank God for people like Dana Reeve and Peter Jennings for coming out and saying 'I have this disease.' A lot of people will not come out of the woodwork because they feel like it's a self-inflicted disease and there is a stigma," Vidaver said.
The Christopher Reeve Foundation said its prayers were with Dana Reeve, who went public ahead of an imminent tabloid news story about her health.
"We are certain that Dana will tackle this challenge with the grace, courage and determination that have become her hallmark," Foundation President Kathy Lewis said in a statement.

I feel comfort...cause she can face this problem bravely...i will pray for her and hope she can insist on this faith,recover from illness!!

Between Sipadan and Mabul Island lies a sandbar that sits on the reef known as the Ligitan Reefs. The reef, a very extensive stretch bordering the deep and vast Celebes Sea, is the foundation of a best-kept secret dive destination called the Kapalai Island.
With all the wonderful muck diving opportunities available in the South Pacific region, Kapalai is not just another place to do it. Kapalai Dive Resort is in fact a water village. It is built on a sand bar only 15 minutes from Sipadan Island. The sand bar was many years ago the island of Kapalai. It is on what is known as the Ligitan Reefs, a very extensive stretch bordering the deep and vast Celebes Seas. At one end of the resort boasts a rather long sandbar of blindingly white sand where one can sunbathe in total recluse during low-tides.
The resort serves great food at the open terrace and offers twin-sharing wooden chalets with en-suite baths. Guests are also able to observe the antics of squids and needlefish swimming below from the roomy balconies.
Although Kapalai is just a few minutes away by boat from Sipadan, one can expect a completely contrastable dive. Diving in Kapalai can be considered ideal for the beginners, yet diversely exciting to satisfy the most experienced diver.
