Learnt about magazine publishing

In my opinion,magazine publishing is same with newspaper publishing.But,it has different between them.Last week,my teacher had invited a guest from Magazine Mobile World,to explain more about magazine publishing.He is Mr.Bernard.He work as Marketing department but he will help to do other jobs if worker less.

In magazine ,it devide to three department:

a.Editorial
b.Production
c.Marketing

Editorial is a important and main character in magazine publishing.Editorial must control all the situation.They must give jobs to other worker and guard them.They must approve the essay and design for the essay.Beside that ,editorial also must write essay for magazine publishing.

Production must have concept before they planning something.For example:Before a magazine publishing publish a magazine,they must have concept to publish which type of magazine.In the production,it also devide into three part.

a.Planning
b.Assignment
c.Marketing

The different between magazine and newspaper is newspaper publish in daily...but magazine just publish in monthly.So,editorial must prepare suitable topic for each month.Then,writer will find and write all the information in magazine.After,they complete all their jobs...the magazine will be design by designer.Designer will give comment and suggestion for magazine.Beside that,designer also give idea for the magazine.

After design,the magazine will send to editorial again for perview.Editorial will check the magazine,if it is not suitable,the magazine will be design and change until complete.Then,designer will send the file into CD and send printing for perview.But,They only print into small amount such as one or two for perview.They send it to editorial ,if editorial think that it's ok...this magazine will be print as much as amount that market needed.

Beside that,marketing will go to find the market for magazine before this magazine publish.They will ask company join in advertisement.But,if for new magazine publishing,it is quite difficult for find new advertisement and supporter for them.The reason is most of the supporter think that new magazine is no experience in publish and maybe bankrupt at anytime.

After they publish their magazine,they must send 3 of magazine to the government.Every month,government will check the magazine....if contents fight with the government,the license of magazine publishing will be cancel by government.But in europe countries,magazine publishing is freedom.So,we can find many type of magazine in europe countries.They do not control by government.

Magazine publishing usually can establish by small group.The small group can be in 5 people only for example:Magazine publishing for Magazine Mobile World, they must help each other while worker less such as Mr.Bernard but he is quite happy with this job because he can learn many things form different part.Usually,Magazine publishing is no easy in Malaysia.Many magazine publishing bankrupt after publishing for 1 years.Usually if a magazine publishing can be hold their bussiness nearly 3 year,their situation is stable.Magazine publishing also must renew their license every year.

my opinion to China Dolls

What you think about China Doll?What you comment about them?You think they are Bad or betray or pity of them.As my own opinion ,i support them because i pity to them.They come from foreign country..but they choose work such job in Malaysia.Below is my comment to support my opinion: Do you know what mean China Doll?Well,CHINA DOLL is ladies who come from China to Malaysia to earn Money.Many people hate them cause they think china doll is no education and betray themself.They think China doll is the people destroy their family and cause they divorce. Now a day,the total amount china doll come to Malaysia continuously increase and become hot topic in Malaysia.They come to Malaysia by different pipeline.Some of them come to Malaysia by agent. It a hot topic in news,but our government think that this problem is no serious,still can be control of it.I think government do not watch seriously about this hot topic. Last time,i hate to them.I think them destroy other people family,they are bad cause they willing spend their youth,time to this dirty job and just for earn more money.They dun care about what feeling of their parent??I think if i do like this,my parent should be very disappoint to me and feel very sad. They are just 18,19 years old and so young......why??Why they dun want to choose other job??It is many job their can prefer for it....Why they choose such job??It 's a big question for me!! China Doll betray themself ,youth and time for money.Maybe,you will think ladies work for sex service is the bad girl in the world,they should be stay in jail.Would let they stay in Malaysia...Why government don't let them stay in jail.....But try to think the reason cause them become like this,Try to think the reason they choose such job...... From the news,we can see that many of they cheat by their agent.Some of them come here with agent,they choose other jobs,but since reach Malaysia,they force by agent for sex service.Some of them are no education....They are unknowledge so it is easy to cheat by agent.Agent keep an eye on this and try to cheat they.They invite and promise bring them to Malaysia for job and earn money.But before this,many of the china doll don't know this job usually is involve sex service.So Some member of China doll search help from MCA....and MCA will help to save them from agent,let they go back to their'shometown. Since now,MCA had save nearly 130 of china doll,but MCA believe still many of China doll haven't save from sex service.They promise they will try hard to save more of the China doll. I think their parent will worry about them....and dun know they do such job in Malaysia.And China doll choose try do keep secret to their parent.If they let parent know this new,they parent will not accept for it......it's no a good job for them. Some of them come from poor family and no education....how can they get a good job in Malaysia.Before this,they think Malaysia is a nice country to earn money but since they reach malaysia....They know their thinking is wrongly cause malaysia is really a nice country for earn money,cause you can find every type of jobs in Malaysia...but most of the jobs need certificate.I think the best way is Malaysia government has to search way for help china doll ,just like the way to help worker from Indonesia. some of the people hate china doll cause their think china doll destroy their family ....i think it is no fault to china doll,the real fault is on their husband.They husband choose go to find China doll,why they do like this.Should be has many reason,one of the reason is most of man are tasteful,they like to try for different taste.I think wife should guard their husband cause it fault at they husband.Another one...wife should self-criticism themself maybe their husband do such thing is to express their disaffection. China is a poor country and most of the China doll come from poor family.China doll choose this job must have their reason.I think the possible reason is this a job which earn money faster and easily.....for them.Some of them send money back to china for their family.I think they only one wish is become rich and back to their hometown. I think we should responsible to them.....try to help them if them needed! I think we should respect to them........because they also human,same as us! because under the law,all the people are equality...although they are china doll.They make such decision should have their own reason.we should understand their problem.Don't watch other people with a colour eyeglasses although they are china doll.The only emphasis is They are happy with their job.I think this is the bestest wishes to them for comfort them.

AS a multiracial, multi-religious country we have quite a few national holidays, but the one that matters most to the nation is today. As we celebrate Merdeka, likely lounging at home or crawling through shopping malls, we often hear talk of Malaysians largely having forgotten the meaning of Merdeka. More.......

It 's true...most of the Malaysian already forgotten the meaning of Merdeka...especially for youth!!For them...31/8 is just a day for them to count down and public holiday...They stay at home or go for shopping at shopping centre!!

I agree this ...cause French,German or Italian different with english.I have a friend who come from France told me ,most of them usually speak French to each other,english just a language assist for them.Beside this...almost all of the Malaysia neighbour country: Indonesia ,Brunei,Southern Thailand, Southern Philippines ,Southern Cambodia.......speaking the Malay language!!
