I think it is wrong if skip breakfast for lose weight!!....skip breakfast is no a best way to lost our weight.This will affect our healthy..no good to our healthy!!Usually,breakfast is important to everyone."we must eat breakfast just as a king,eat lunch just as common people,eat dinner just as a beggar"is a proverb for chinese...If we really wanna to lost our weight,we can choose other way and the best way is Keep Exercise Always!!
